Great place to stay. Very clean staff were great. Only negative was that wifi was out for our 2 night stay. Great breakfast and pool was very nice. A wee bit out of the way, no shops or restaurants nearby, but very quiet and relaxing.

The Riff is a beautifully designed hotel, immaculately maintained and wonderfully organised. The staff are warm, friendly, and attentive, the food is absolutely delicious, and the location is perfect. We have loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

"Lovely hotel with great staff and a beautiful location. The breakfast was excellent - possibly the best chicken curry I’ve had in Sri Lanka. The only downside is that is quite far from the centre of Ella - and getting a Tuk-Tuk through PickMe was almost impossible - meaning I had to pay at least ..."
