The reception staff , a super lovely lady was amazing so polite and helpful, room superclean good bed , good linen ,bathroom all marble . Good breakky and Cetin City Hotel Very central close to the shops and the port. We highly recommend to stay there. Price very affordable for what cetin Hotel has to offer. "

"The place is opposite a funfair, which is very noisy until around midnight. Apart from that it's a fine place to stay. When trying to find it, don't get it confused with the nearby Hotel Eken Prestij, which is rather more up-market."

"Booked and paid, called property and agreed on checkin time, when we arrived at the property they didn't answer our calls for an hour or so (because that place is an apartment not a hotel, there is no way to get in), we had to find another place to stay at 1 am, they agreed to pay back the money, but after we left town refused to pay"

"Rooms are outdated. I was told during check in breakfast was included then the next morning while I was enjoying breakfast I was told it wasn’t included with my stay and I had to pay for it. "

"Location is excellent, right on the sea front. The staff are friendly and efficient and speak good English. My bike was stored in a private store room. There is a good breakfast. Unfortunately the bathroom in the room smells strongly of mothballs or something like that, and I had to try to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. The air-conditioning works but seems to be weak. The window in the room can't be opened wide, so it is difficult to get rid of the smell."
