I wasn’t expecting much since this isn’t a 4 or 5 star hotel. The most disappointing thing was there was NO soap, shampoo or anything like it, just a single roll of toilet paper. And definitely it was far from being called clean. The mattress was super cheap quality and very old.

Bon sejour aux terrasses des embiez

Un tres bon sejour chez lagrange comme toujours. Résidence calme et agreable. A proximité de tout. Seul bémol, les lits d'une personne tres etroits et matelas usés et pas confortables et pas de clim dans la piece principale.

Stay away!

one of the biggest scams I've seen! all pictures lie, there is blood on the sheets, blood in the bed, no soap, toilet paper. you must clean and arrange everything on your own upon check-in and check-out. The air conditioning does not work, the beds are bad, the staff rude. if you arrive outside opening hours, you will not be allowed to check in. We left After 4hours to a different hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Résidence vieillissante, appartement équipé sommairement. Nous avions un rez de chaussée avec une petite terrasse qui donnait directement sur le parking avec donc les voitures juste devant la terrasse. Personnel tout juste aimable. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Tres bon emplacement mais service à parfaire

Très bon emplacement et logement propre. Cependant draps fourni à l’arrivée pour que nous fassions les lits, et aucun kit d’arrivée fourni (éponge, savon…) si vous venez pour une semaine t et que prévoyez le tout c’est parfait m’as pour 2 jours c’est dommage de ne pas avoir de kit d’arrivée entre autre…

Petite semaine sympathique

Residence super bien placer pour aller à la plage ou visite des alentours,les commerces sont a 5 mn a pied ,la voiture peut rester sur sa belle place de parking.... Le logement est bien grand ( pour 8) et bien équipé. L'équipe est a l'écoute et bien présente.... Dommage il manque un petit bar avec des boissons fraîches et des glaces Bonne adresse a garder et a recommander.

Rien à dire, séjour parfait. Le port est a - de 500m à pied. Beaucoup laissent des commentaires car il y a un grain de poussière, mais ça peut se faufiler donc ne pas être exigent. J’ai apprécié le séjour, je reviendrai avec plaisir

Séjour catastrophique du début jusqu’à la fin !!! Arrivée dans un appartement où par période de Covid la propreté était négligée : - lits jumeaux non fait draps posés sur alèses sales, coussins et couettes non lavées dans les placards; - canapé et coussins sales et d’allures usées, bouchon de porto trouvé en le dépliant, preuve que le nettoyage de celui-ci avait été omis; - terrasse sale, cailloux, feuilles, cure-dents, toile d’araignées, carrelages cassés (inconscient avec une fille de 4 ans) et poussières sur les palissades de séparation, murs, chaises empilées, table et transat. Elle n’a même pas été préparée à notre venue. - emballages de pot de yaourt et papier usagé dans le placard de cuisine - pas de kit de démarrage entretien en arrivant - fuite d’eau de l’évier de cuisine que j ai dû éponger et gérer en dévissant et nettoyant le siphon car technicien déjà parti au moment de la fuite (17h), intervention le lendemain a 9h alors que du coup tout avait été nettoyé et géré, à part constat un tuyau d évacuation non branché, est resté 5mn - la dame de l Accueil, gérante, Karen, si je ne me trompe pas, est odieuse et se fout totalement de ses résidents, de l’accueil et de ce qui peut leur arriver. Ce qui compte c’est l’argent qui rentre : nous avons eu droit à un semblant de convivialité juste pour encaisser et récupérer l’empreinte de carte bleue pour la caution - des que vous faites état de quelquechose, elle ne s excuse pas et minimise à outrance

Hôtel ou maison de vacance? Il faut choisir

Indiqué comme hôtel à réserver sur le site, mais en réalité on est traité sur place comme vacancier. Une caution de 400 euros à verser, empreinte de carte bancaire, paiement de la chambre en carte bancaire en garantie, alors que déjà payé sur le site. Taxe de séjour de 2.36 par nuit, par contre comme un hôtel. Il faut aller soi-même récupérer les draps et serviettes, faire son lit. A la fin du séjour, il faut défaire le lit et ramener tout le linge à la buanderie soi-même. Pas de réception en permanence. Chèque de caution reçu une semaine après le séjour par la poste.

Acceuil le lendemain de notre arrivée. Aucune précisions sur l établissement équipements, horaire piscine, laverie, service boulangerie etc.. rien sur les activités à faire ds les environs.. on aurait au moins pu nous demander si nous avions besoin d informations..!? on s est simplement contenté de nous demander la caution dont nous attendons tjrs l’annulation après 6 jours..! Le studio proposé est prévu pr handicapé, pas de possibilité d accrocher la poire de douche à la hauteur voulue, pas de machine à café, deux lits simples comme annoncé mais en 80!? En tt cas très petits! Et on fait caca sans poser les pieds à terre, on mesure 180cm... Chaises empilées et poussiéreuses sur la terrasse.. Pas de parasol a la piscine limite avec 30 degrés pr un début septembre. 139€/nuit sur hotel.com on aurait espéré mieux en terme de service.. Pr finir sur un point positif, la situation du complexe proche des embiez et du trait de côte avec de jolies ballades! Ideal pour retraités ou familles avec enfants repos assuré surtt en septembre..

Personnel chaleureux. L'appartement 4personnes 1 chambre : Le positif : logement propre Le négatif : portes de cuisine qui ne sont pas réglés Des lumières et des cadres de travers Des meubles vieillots et pourtant la résidence n'a que 10 ans La literie : entièrement à revoir mal dormi pour une personne de 1,87 m lit trop court draps non adaptés trop courts .... La salle de bain : radiateur HS, meuble du dessous du lavabo est entièrement gonflé par l'eau pourquoi une baignoire sachant qu'une douche aurait été plus appropriée La vmc : trop bruyante Le 4 étoiles ne se justifie en aucun cas Vous avez un très joli extérieur ainsi que des appartements qui auraient pu être dignes d'un 4 étoiles et pourtant...

A refaire en février par exemple

3 nuits fin février appart C3 donc rdc mais 2 terrasses , soleil matin et après-midi. Bémol : les gens passent juste devant notre terrasse d’entrée qui mériterait donc d’être cachée par des végétaux , claustrats ...Excellente réactivité et confiance du personnel au moindre problème, même non signalé lors de notre entrée dans les lieux. D’autres avis très négatifs m’avaient gâché à tort mon arrivée. Lave-vaisselle, toaster , cafetière , bouilloires et grand canapé comfortable neufs .Pas besoin de nettoyer lors des courts séjours .Linge et vaisselle impeccable et en quantité . Nombreuses brochures touristiques sous la TV . Grand jacuzzi /8 € les 30 minutes . Lobby : accueil agréable avec billard , grande tv , infos touristiques, café et thé à volonté . J’ai pu obtenir une place parking plus proche étant MDPR . Seuls les lits doivent être en 80 maximum mais peuvent être rapprochés.Commerces à moins de 5 min à pied ( 2 boulangers et La tropezienne , fruits et légumes , presse , pharmacie, carrefour market , restos , cafés et glaciers , crêpiers face au très vivant port de pêche , même en hiver !Que de superbes ballades à faire à pied ( 22 degrés fin février !)

Très belle residence et très bon accueil

Logement très propre et bien agencé, très bon accueil. Petit bémol pour la literie (mal de dos), meubles et murs assez abîmés. A cette période la résidence est très calme mais à voir en période estivale car on entend les conversations de nos voisins comme si nous étions à coté !

Hors saison: Calme et bon rapport qualité/prix

Accueil très agréable et très arrageant. Nous étions hors saison et le calme réparateur régnait dans la résidence à l'abri des pins parasols. Petite vue sur mer de notre appartement situé au 1er étage.

très bon établissement , très bien situé

tres agréablement surpris par la résidence, l'accueil et le confort.Sans oublier la propreté. J'hésitais à louer car les critiques étaient moyennes . L'accueil est excellent ,courtois , très bel établissement. Les critiques parlaient de payer la caution exclusivement en liquide (400 euros) ,il n'en est rien bien au contraire , carte visa ou cheque nous ont été proposés.J'y retournerai avec plaisir et je le recommanderai .

Our stay was great, the staff were amazing and so helpful, even with the language barrier. The only thing that would have made it better is a ceiling fan or stand alone fan. We were there at the end of September and it was quite warm. I cannot imagine staying in the middle of summer when it is hot, unless there is a fan.

Only a two night stay but a decent, quiet place.

Short two night stay to attend a family wedding. Didn't have a chance to try the facilities or really even use the kitchen. Slightly odd that we only had one sheet for the sofabed - some covers might have been nice. Fortunately there was a spare in the bedroom! Otherwise, it was decent, clean, quiet and perfectly situated. The staff were friendly, although my French was decidedly better than their English.
