The staff were so friendly and helpful, location is perfect (right next to the Main Street shopping) with a great restaurant and a great coffee shop attached. This will be the only place we stay from now on when we come to Banff - finally a hotel that’s worth the price you pay! This is the first stay in Banff where our hotel hasn’t been disappointing in any way.
