We had a wonderful stay. If you’re staying in a simple queen sized suite, you may want to make sure you’re okay with the possibility of kids being in the suite above yours because you can hear people running around a lot. Otherwise, the location of this resort was very convenient for Banff downtown and hikes.

We stayed here for our honeymoon! The pool is small but it has incredible views! There is a bus stop that is included with your stay that takes you into town and other tourist attractions. It also is connected to the hoodoo view point trail. Also the staff was very friendly and loaned us bear spray!

Good size room and nice amenities. The room was quite tired, dishwasher did not work properly and the furniture was old and beaten up. Decent value given the high prices in Banff and the ROAM passes to take the shuttle into town and back were very convenient.

We had a great stay! The property is well-maintained and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat just outside the main town. While it’s a bit removed from central Banff, the complimentary bus passes were a thoughtful perk and made getting around super easy — especially since parking downtown can be a bit tricky depending on the season. Overall, no complaints! Like much of Banff, the stay is on the pricier side, but that’s to be expected in such a popular and beautiful destination. All in all, a solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy Banff with convenience and comfort.
