"The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. Friendly, informed and helpful. In fact, when asking for assistance to find an area of the hotel or a particular place, staff guided us themselves to the location. Very kind. The bar staff was equally professional. Treated us as if we were their “favorite table” in a fully-packed space. We enjoyed our stay greatly."

"While the location with view of mountains was nice when we arrived the sofa was all ripped and the bathroom had hairs on the floor and tub as well. TV would not work in that we could not watch Netflix or any other app as the tv has no connection. I went to reception and a young lady behind the counter was 0 help said i don’t really know what to do or say then said well i could get someone to look tomorrow this was the day i was checking out.
