"We stayed in September - it's very much a ski stop and probably focused on younger people. It was a bit delapedated and outdated. We wouldn't really recommend it. One thing - the bus to and from the centre of Banff was excellent."

"Resort was farther out from downtown than expected, but the bus system was awesome. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to issues. We found out late in the evening that our bathroom light wasn't working. And they were on it within ten minutes."
