Not worth the price. Too many stairs and steps, not good for elderly people. No lighting installed at the stair to 2nd floor. No snack provided with alcohol beverages at the restaurant/bar. Stayed here during twice’s concert. Walking distance to impact arena. Towels and mineral water were provided by the owner. Room was clean and adequate. There were many food stalls and cosmic bazaar located just opposite the building. Overall check-in and check-out process went smoothly.
