"A quiet location right on the beach. The bungalow was spacious and just what we needed for our family of four. The kitchen had a microwave and stove so could boil water/cook. We hired a car so we could get around the Island and loved returning to our peaceful location. "

"When we arrived to the island, we took a taxi to the GPS location according to Hotels.com map. The pin was innaccurate, and 6 of us were stranded on another part of the island, 45 minutes away. Only due to a nice local Thai man, did we get a new taxi and find the villa. The villa in the photo shows a beach - we had no beach. In fact, we had the view of a stockade fence and there was NO beach access to be had. The other side of the fence was a dirty old boat pier - no swimming, nothing like the...

We call again, the rooms are open, street side end not beach view, what I'm reservation end paid. "This is true 5 star property. From the moment you check in you feel you are being treated royally and are in a luxury property. I was given a free upgrade to beachside bungalow with sea view throughout spacious room and and lovely large covered deck. The pool and beach were close by. This is one of largest most lovely designed I have seen on trip. Its infinity design, style and color truly are unique. It was a short walk to seaside. Only downside water was very very shallow. So could not swim only lounge in warm water. Breakfast was amazing buffet. Good choices for room service. Food was delicious. The staff was incredible so eager to please always with a smile. The grounds including gym and spa are spacious and beautiful. Only downside is property was not close to other restaurants, beaches or shopping areas. It’s a long expensive taxi ride to other areas. But I highly recommend this property. It was a vacation from my vacation!!"

"We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. This is one of the the nicest rooms / properties I have ever stayed. The night shift employee helped us get a motorbike after 9pm and the day shift lady took care of our transportation to the Ferry. I highly highly highly recommend this place."

"This is a beautifully designed hotel...modern architecture, beautiful plants and small gardens/pools integrated to make up the indoor-outdoor feel of the place. Horizon swimming pools and amazing views to the sea and islands beyond add to a great experience. Staff were wonderful, even by 5* hotel standards. Its a very boutique hotel. Only one very minor issue...booked a "penthouse" room...but it was not the top floor as the name would suggest. Wth though...the stay was brilliant."

"Overall the Resort is very good, quite area, Staff and services are superb, the employees are always gentle and kind, they help in exceptional ways, the shuttle bus driver is a very nice and helpful person. Breakfast was ok but missing decaffeinated coffee and soy milk or others vegetable milk and not many choices for vegetarian people. The resort is quite far from Chewang area but that is totally fine because the area is very beautiful and the resort offers the free shuttle bus many times during the day. For sure a Resort in Koh Samui that I recommend. "
