What could've been better: noise of water pipe running in our room was noisy in the morning
A little something extra that would've been nice: a blanket for the couch as the AC can get cold

Hotel is split between 2 buildings divided by a street. Bright and glitzy reception. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was clean but the previous occupant had left a slipper behind which housekeeping didn't remove.
Breakfast had a wide selection to cater for different national tastes.
Location was good with buses and metro close by.

"The hotel is nice, but the staff is not. The front desk staff, Kaoheaw and Meaya, were extremely rude both when I checked in and when I checked out. Maybe the staff just needs better customers service training."

"Great value for money. Everyone happy and looking after you. New, modern, clean, well designed. Near to new modern shopping mall, Central. One of the street vendors on the other side of 7/11 sold me a wonderful mixed seafood for 80 Baht. Worth a revisit."
