"Huge property with a great kids club that’s ideal for families. However it’s far from restaurants and the food in the resort is very average. Premises are old but clean, staff are friendly and helpful but don’t communicate well in English resulting in a few misunderstandings. Housekeeping takes a long time to come around and most days our room wasn’t cleaned til mid afternoon. It feels like this hotel is so big it struggles to be managed properly. Tolerating it for the kids club and activities but definitely on my own I wouldn’t return."

All staff was kind, but the check in staff at the front desk were a bit rude. Kindness and a smile go a long way! That's what we appreciated about the cleaning and bar staff. Although it’s in a very secluded area of Phuket, there is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel with very reasonable rates. For families looking for a relaxing few days on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, it’s a wonderful option."
