Jim and the staff was increíble friendly and helpful during our stay. They help us to book everything we need and provides us with professional advise. They were above and beyond. We forgot a power bank in the hotel and they drove to the train station to give it to us

The property is in a perfect location , a short walk to many main attractions of Hanoi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me find my way and arrange taxis etc during my stay . Would highly recommend the Royal Palace Hotel to anyone . I felt safe and comfortable

This hotel is excellent, the staff was super helpful, especially Jolie, who went out of her way to make sure our stay is comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are very nice and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent.! Totally recommend 5*******

This place was very nice and quiet, but it’s away from downtown where we wanted to go lots of American food around the hotel unfortunately we wanted Asian food so we had to go very far to get it.
