They were particularly warm, kind, and attentive towards our 9-year-old son, who was made to feel genuinely welcome and included throughout our stay. Their friendly interactions and thoughtful approach meant a great deal to our family and helped make our stay even more special. All of the amenities were great, from the pool to the restaurant and bar. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a visit. "The Hotel Staff were excellent and truly helpful especially Gagan & Pavinder, who were always there whenever I needed something. Rooms were clean and maintained. The Air-con was great as the heat outside was over 40c. The Hotel needs to have more rooms and also a swimming pool and fully functional gymnasium and games room with a pool table, maybe a Spa as well? Also a Tech room, where one can go and use their own computers and fully functional fax and printing services. The Bar and Restaurant was also very nice and clean, I will most definitely stay here again on my next visit."
