The hotel was extremely well maintained and quite recently furnished judging from the balcony edges. The hotel staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. The housekeeping team is superb, they offer you housekeeping services twice a day. Had a wonderful stay, will most certainly come back again.

Great place, Super clean. Greatest view and pool area on the 27th floor is just incredible and available for all guests. Another infinity pool is on the very top with access for suit guests. À la carte breakfast is another highlight.

This hotel was amazing start to finish - the staff were extremely welcoming and quick to help and offer suggestions if we needed any, the hotel was beautiful, room and amenities fantastic. Great food offerings, breakfast was included and the range on offer with buffet + menu at breakfast meant my whole family was happy

This is absolutely a five-star hotel with all the amenities. However, Expedia does not offer full VIP services for this hotel. This means the rooftop pool access and full spa facilities are not available through Expedia. You will need to purchase the complete services through the official hotel site. But to Expedia's credit, you do get really good rooms and slight upgrade ability when you use them.

My favourite hotel in Bangkok, great location, beautiful design and comfortable amenities. I have to mention the exceptional level of service delivered by this hotel and huge thanks to the staff for being professional, friendly and always going for the extra mile to accommodate any request you may have.
