the staff were very friendly I asked to change my room and they changed it immediately. Nice area, there is an exit from the Hotel to a small shopping mall which has Starbucks and McDonalds. good choice if you have children with you.

2 for 1 happy hour -real cocktails and wines. Get a city view room. Impressive breakfast, perfect staff. If you want the $120 room for $80 by taking the BTS 4 more stops, this is your place.

I highly recommend this hotel. This is my third time staying at this property, and the staff are always accommodating and extremely helpful. I received a double room upgrade on this stay, and am extremely thankful for the understanding staff. The hotel is so convenient for shopping and public transportation.
