Great new hotel, safe and easy to get where you want to go. A little loud at night, being across the street from Sugar Clib, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Will stay there again, great staff and facilities

Wow! This was the last hotel in Bangkok and omg did it deliver! Stayed in the Jacuzzi suite and it was spectacular! Great view of the city and the pool, and room was 5 star!

This hotel is in very good condition. They really take care of their customers and have great clientele who stay on their property. The rooms are luxurious and a very comfortable size for 2-3 people. Most rooms don’t have a view of the street / city, but you’re only using this room to slumber, nothing more. The showers and restrooms are very nice. That’s something I always look at when staying at hotels. The hotel is located right at the heart of Soi 11 street, so you’ll have tons of food, bar and massage options, weather you decide to go left or right when exiting the hotel. They have free transportation for their hotel guest to various locations, such as; Terminal 21 indoor/outdoor shopping, BTS sky train, bumrungrad hospital, and Nana Chard Pier. The reason for 4/5 star rating is due to our room not being available until 2 hours after check time. We were not the only people waiting for our room after the, 2:00pm check in time. They did not offer to accommodate us with a free room upgrade, restaurant/room service credit, or given anything in the meantime as we wait. Hospitality is huge for me, as it should be for all guest, so I do take this one hiccup into account. Having someone wait 2 hours after the check in time is absurd and shouldn’t happen in any instance. Overall the stay was amazing.

Great hotel snack in the middle of the action yet quiet during night. Starbucks right at the bottom floor made it extra attractive for me. Tons of eating options all around the hotel. Less than 5 minute walk to Sukhumvit. Nice gym and pool. I’d definitely stay again.
