Good value, near BTS station which is good for getting to the airport and also to the city. Room was nice and clean. A bit loud at night though, as the room was directly over the reception. Breakfast was ok, room for improvement.

The convenience of accessing the airport rail link and the BTS network makes this hotel ideally located. Although the main road lacks many dining options, exploring the neighborhood reveals plenty of small restaurants to enjoy.

Friendly modern hotel in great location

Small modern hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location right near the train station for ease of getting around Bangkok and also the airport rail link. On a quiet back street so no road noise. Great breakfast buffet.

Nice room, nice staff, unique modern building, tucked away in a tiny street next to Phaya Thai, within walking distance of the ARL line that takes you to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Considering it's next to two major streets with dense traffic, it's amazingly quiet, with two lovely eateries with steps of the front door.

Very pleasant stay

Nice and cozy hotel, clean and quiet environment. 2-3 mins walk to BTS and 3-4 mins walk to MRT. Staff were helpful, polite, friendly and breakfast were decent too. The alley leading to the hotel is quite dark at night but overall it's a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful, on all fronts! Beautiful and comfortable hotel that feels like home. Delicious breakfast. A few minutes walk from the train station with direct link to the BKK airport. The staff was wonderful and extremely happy.

About a 5 min walk to BTS Phaya Thai. Nice hotel decor, modern facilities, very comfortable bed makes for a good night's sleep. Room and bathroom is spacious. Breakfast was very filling, have a choice of Thai food and Western. Staff were very helpful.

What I really liked about this property was the staff-very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We had to check out early and they had some snacks with drinks ready for us. It was very kind of them to do that.

Room 4109 is a bigger room with 1 queen bed and 2 chairs. Has toiletries, fridge to keep your food and drinks cool, coffee and tea, water kettle, cups and spoons. Staff are good, can also store luggage at hotel. Hotel location walking distance to BTS train and Airlink to airport. Breakfast good.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport train line at Phaya Thai. I was in Bangkok for less than 24 hours and had an early flight. The location was ideal and better than staying at the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely designed. I didn’t use the pool and left too early for breakfast, but I would stay again.

Beautiful place very good clean. The only problem is that the T. V. Has no English Channel. Also the Wi fi is very bad. Otherwise the staff is very friendly. Near the B T S Station and the Airport link Station. Will stay again

The staff was very professional, consistently demonstrating a high level of service throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, Nis which assisted us was friendly and eager to assist with any inquiries or needs. Responsiveness: The staff responded quickly to any requests.We had issues with the water pressure for the shower and Chop attended to us immediately. When i requested for a later check out, he tried his best to help. I had to use grab delivery to send my lugagge for repair and Patty assisted me without fail. When it was due to be sent back in evening, Chop who was on morning shift handed this info to Patty on the afternoon shift. They helped to store my luggage and when i enquired via email, Patty responded very promptly and assured me my luggage was back. She is very helpful and bubbly, indeed a jem to the hotel. Room Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean upon arrival. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and all surfaces were thoroughly dusted. Breakfast: Always new selection of food and the hef is very accommodating. Boke, always welcome you with warmth and ensure the coffee is hot and topped up. Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom was clean for a 6 yr old hotel with clean tiles, a well-scrubbed shower, and neatly arranged toiletries. Housekeeping Service: The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room during my stay, promptly refreshing the towels, making the bed, and ensuring everything was in order.

Modest facility with friendly staff in a convenient location for public transit. Breakfast was solid albeit a bit limited in selection. Great place to stay if you need easy access to the airport. Would definitely stay here again
