I just booked because of roof top bar, but it is under maintenance from months, while booking there is no clue, and also little maintanance issues like keylocks not working and tv repairs, toilet flushes issues etc. paid good money but services far below the expectation.

The main entrance and the staff of the JC Kevin were amazing. The rooms, hallways and other social places were just a bit unclean/unkempt. Our curtains were stained, the headboard dusty and the hallway had a super mouldy smell. But this is our first time to Bangkok so all of that may be normal ?! The location was convenient enough as there was plenty around.

JC Kevin Hotel

Very nice, huge room with lots of space and amenities. The hotel had good facilities in general for a 4/5 star hotel. Great views over the cityscape and from their cocktail bar on the 38th floor. Staff friendly. Constructive criticism would be that some minor aspects of the room were showing first signs of wear and tear and the towels were ready for renewing. A 10 minute walk to local transport facilities.

The room is spacious and the breakfast is quite to the point! We enjoyed our family time together! However, It is quite distant from the BTS and only few shuttle services are available during the day! We used tuk tuk service and grab to survive those days!

Staff was great service and breakfast included option was exceptional one of the best by far. Vast choices buffet and to made orders it was more like a brunch buffet. Also spa included gym and steam and sauna facilities great. Pool deck and view of skyline remarkable. Weekend nightly shows included with dinner purchas and also tour excursion desk on site.

Space in room was excellent! Water in bathroom was a drama to get a normal temperature to be able to take a shower. Toilet floated. Further all things were good. But keep in mind, there is nothing on walking distance from the hotel. For everything you have to take a taxi.

We had a great stay, the staff we friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good, we didnt get sick from anything we ate or drink. Sky bar closed for reno unfortunately. Hotel restaurants where pricey and food was just ok. Just small little things in the room like shower hot tap can burn a kid by the way its designed. Unpainted ceiling patches etc. 15 min walk to nearest train station. Overall would stay again. Pool was great and a basic gym
