We were sble to check in early which was great. The staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel foyer was beautifully decorated. It is a lovely hotel right in the center with easy access to the BTS.

The hotel is well located - close to CentralWorld shopping plaza, hop on/off bus pick up is 2 blocks away, public transport stops and there are many food options. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever experienced. Beautiful spa, swimming pool, gym and courtyards. The room was spacious and had all the amenities - the bed was super comfortable. One thing - the hotel sends too many messages online after check in and there is no way to stop them.
