Great stay
First time staying in this property. Last time i enjoyed my stay in Arcadia Suites but this time i chose the residences. Equally good stay. Only have to take note of the following. 1. Check-in is done at Arcadia Suites 2. There's no daily housekeeping services 3. The breakfast and gym services is at Arcadia Suites This property is walking distance to BTS and there's a well stocked up 7-11 right outside.

The hotel is near the bts station and the customer service is great. Stylish and clean room environment.

Good place for staying long
The experience was great! Great location, size, design and equipment. I would like to give 5/5 if the following can also be improve: 1. Provide a channel list for the TV 2. Provide a better hot water supply as it was too hot or too cold and hard to move to a suitable position.

房間有廚房+冰箱相當方便，但卻沒有洗碗精！ 有洗衣機＋烘乾也很方便，但也沒有洗衣粉(精)．．．

convenient location, quiet place
my hotel stay there is uneventful. It is close to the BTS station and easy to go to other places. The staffs are generally nice and friendly, but their English is not the best in the world. The only notable incident involves the hotel chauffeur, who transport us from the hotel to our apartment. He told us that his friend runs a business and he can make reservation for us to go to the floating market. I booked the trip and totally regret it. Anyway this incident is probably not related to the hotel, but I think people should know that if you book via the chauffeur, then you will be forced to go to this particular floating market and the ticket is 1500 per person. Although I asked them which market they were taking us to, the English and the Thai pronunciation is so different that I do not know which one he was referring to. Anyway, read the reviews from trip advisor before you book your trip to the floating market.
