The property was clean but I wouldn't say it's in the best of areas. It's best feature is it's location to the airport for an overnight stay and that it was clean. Didn't have any hot water in the shower, but being June in Thailand, didn't really need it, hopefully there would be in cooler times.

I'll never stay here again. Disorganized, and poor service to start. They do not reply to questions about the shuttle on Expedia, I had to contact Expedia CS for help. I did find the shuttle, but had to wait in the heat for almost an hour to get it. My room was clean, kinda, there was no body wash, or shampoo. The AC remote was temperamental, first I could not get it to turn the AC on, then I could not get it to turn off, or adjust the temperature. Breakfast... first I was told my breakfast was not included by the attendant, so I went to the front desk. The clerk told me to just show my room number to the attendant. What did she think I did to begin with? At that point, I lost my temper a little, and told her to fix it. Breakfast was a let down, bad coffee, little selection. Nope, not staying at this place again!

It's a little challenging to find the airport shuttle, but go to entrance three or four and you'll see a bunch of signs with hotel names. Had to wait a half an hour for the shuttle, but that's okay. Nice restaurant.
