Great access to the BTS, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It is in the vicinity of Nana Plaza so if you are fine with that I think it’s a great hotel.

Excellent staff, they are very friendly, polite, and helpful. With a gym, pool, and massage onsite you hardly need to leave the hotel. The area is vibrant and busy with lots to do and see nearby. Entertainment is easy to find with bars nearby and shopping is great too with easy access to Siam Paragon and other big centres as well as local markets etc.

Belaire was excellent as usual. Close to all the night life and Nana BTS station. I get the train from the airport and jump on the BTS. Easy.

room not up to standard staff excellent and courteous. could not get tv to work on English channels. food menu for westerner's poor only 5 items to pick but plenty selections for other countries. we had the Belaire suite, which did not have what was on the amenities no ash tray, small tv without channels, no mini bar no robes, shampoo and shower gel had to be put on floor in shower, no bracket had to bend down in shower to use without slipping. We have been here many times before but this last time, smoking area outside other people from hotel across the road (the grace hotel) used it

Great location for entertainment.

Guess the hotel maybe a little dated. But service was excellent. Young guy who cleaned my room was excellent. 2 lifts so there's no waiting. Great location with soi 4,soi 7. Nana Plaza and BTS Nana within 5 mins walk. Think it's going to be my Go to hotel when im in Bangkok.

Friendly staff, safe area, relatively very close to many malls and high end spa. BTS very convenient. Grab and Bolt with motorcycle 🏍️ are also super fast and convenient to avoid local Bangkok traffic.
