We were so happy to have the room with lounge access! My family really enjoyed spending time up there. Location was great! One stop to Bang Rack market and Saphan Taksin Pier by BTS.

This is a very well run hotel with excellent staff. Front desk, breakfast buffet staff, the bellhops and room cleaning staff, all exceptional. Best hotel we have ever stayed in.

Overall the staff was the star during our stay. Some specific criteria we looked for were direct access to BTS, amenities like pool/gym, and lounge access. Our original room had issues with the shower running extreme temps or no hot water at all. They eventually moved us to an upgraded room which was amazing, but to note we’re from the SF Bay Area and are used to cooler temps. During certain times of the day, the sun would heat up the room so much we had to close all shades and turn the thermostat down. And it was still too warm for our liking. We decided to endure the warmer temps because we didn’t want to change rooms again. So the quality of the rooms aren’t the greatest. Staff at the lounge deserve metals for their excellent customer service. They were so attentive and made sure our drinks or plates were never empty. Although there was plentiful options at their breakfast restaurant, you could order everything and more while at the lounge. View of the skyline and river were amazing. When we got tired of the same offerings, we easily ordered via Grab. I should also point out that staff at the front desk/concierge were really helpful in trying to get us comfortably situated. Their pool was great. It was perfect for when you needed to cool off. Not a lot of lounge chairs directly by the pool, but there was a bar/grill in the same vicinity and seating options were abundant there. Their gym had some decent equipment to get some basic workouts done.

My first time in Thailand. Was not sure what to expect but the staff at this hotel were so friendly and welcoming that i forgot about anything else. The view from my room was beautiful. I would highly recommend. Also the breakfast buffet is great! Lots of different options.

Ok, so we family of 9 travelers stayed here only two days before going to our Villa stay in Phuket. From the first moment, the front desk staff asked our very excited 4 and 5-year kids on a holiday to act as grown-ups and make them quiet. Even though no one asked the same thing from us again during our stay, we always felt discomfort staying at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok. There were not a lot of choices of eating places except the next-door restaurant and in-hotel restaurants which were a bit expensive. The pool floor was a good experience, and the bridge exit straight to the overground metro was very useful for travelers. However, I would recommend just normal taxis or Tuktuks for traveling. Next time when were in Bangkok will choose a more family-friendly place.

We love the Eastin Grand Sathorn and have stayed here many times. A beautifully appointed luxury hotel in a premier BKK location. Excellent service from all staff. Stunning poolside area with an infinity pool and great city views. The buffet breakfast is best in Thailand in our opinion, definitely the best we have enjoyed. Great staff. Great service. A direct above ground walkway to Surasak BTS station across the road. Outstanding!!
