The condition of the hotel and room are old. There were holes on the bottom of the bedsheet and blanket, water in the shower is weak, and the furniture in the room is not in good condition. The hotel does offer wide selection of a la carte breakfast buffet.

The hotel was well located. Reason for low score is no shampoo and soap in the shower, I called to request it, but after 40 minutes nobody came to bring it to my room. I went down, and a woman was really rude attitude and not solving the problem. After 1 hour I got my problem solved.

We had a family room, which was quite big and it came with a balcony, which opened and we didn't see any cockroches. But the room wasn't very clean and bathroom was a bit outdated. The pool was very nice and great view.

Ignore the negative rating. My stay here was pleasant, just that in that day the city or province had a sewage problem that made the surrounding area of the hotel smelled like sewage. Dont let this change your mind. Throughout my atay here was very amazing. I would book this hotel again when im coming back to thailand as it is nearby the 4 shopping malls

I stay here whenever I'm in Bangkok (usually 3 or 4 times a year) and its always excellent. Good rooms, good food, walking distance to all my favourite bars and restaurants, pool and bar on the roof... Whats not to like?

Complain quick and get room you paid for

I booked this based on pictures and rating. A nice good looking family room, a bit expensive. I thought it would live up to this. In reality we got checked in and headed for room. They gave us one of the oldest worst maintenaned room possible. I got down to the reception and complained. They showed us another much better room that we accepted without any extra costs. I do not even understand why they give customers the worst possible room, when they have better renovated same type of room available.

Always love it there. She's getting a little old, but the standards are excellent. Staff are great, breakfast buffet great, rooftop pool and bar fantastic, love the area, great bar across the road, close to great restaurants. Will always stay there in Bangkok.
