One of my favorites in Bangkok

Spaciousness and great design are the hallmark of this hotel. A well equipped 24/7 gym and a nice sizable pool are standouts. A fabulous breakfast with many eating options within the hotel and adjacent to the hotel is foodie’s paradise. Unique lush gardens surrounding its ground creates an oasis of calm. This place is also pet friendly.

We go to Bangkok every year for work and stay here everytime. One of our absolute favourite hotels. Also the breakfast is insane! Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable with a beautiful garden and cute shops and cafes nearby.

It is very upscale property. Large room with the Residence with Balcony. Staff was helpful and thoughtful by giving us an anniversary surprise. Recommended for couples or singles, but it’s not recommended for kids since there are almost no amenities for children. The pool is nice but rather small, we were lucky there weren’t a lot of people using it, but it’s not great if there are like 20 people. Seatings are few as well. The breakfast queue is a bit of a nightmare as everyone has to wait in the elevator area, with no air condition. Overall the staff did what they can with the property, so “software wise” it’s good, but not very living up to a five star hotel standard in my personal opinion.

A top hotel, you feel the difference as soon as you're greeted at checkin when you are seated, served a chilled tea with a cold wet towel to refresh, as the staff take care of the checkin details. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Food and beverage that we experienced was first rate. Staff were attentive, friendly and efficient. The hotel is located centrally within walking distance of public transit and Bangkok’s famous Lumpini Park. Overall, a great 5 Star Hotel experience which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend.

An oasis!

The Kimpton Maa-Lai is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy while on any trip to the area. From the minute we entered the hotel we were enthralled with it's beauty, service, guests with dogs and on and on. The rooms are impeccable, as is the breakfast, pool and rooftop! A must stay.
