The hallways were dim; rooms were filthy, there was some reddish brown stains on our pillows, and the walls had black stains. Roaches running around the entire room. Absolutely horrendous.

It's not a highly rated hotel so I knew what I was getting into but there was mold in the room. Curtain were old and stiff. They don't change the bedding. Cleaning crew was friendly. Easy to get transportation at an hour of the day.

Terrible; worse budget hotel ever experienced

Worse budget hotel I have stayed in Thailand in over a decade. My mistake was not reading reviews before I booked. I have stayed in old hotels that are clean. This hotel is old and filthy from the corridor and into the room. Room stunk of cigarette smoke. Sheets in places were transparent. Pillows were lumpy. Writing bench sticky Chair filty and had no seat support (springs broken) Cockroach seen scurrying across the carpet at night. Carpet dirty Blackout curtains didn't fully cover either end of window so got full morning light Shower hose was leaking at head so less effective shower Shower glass clearly not cleaned Air conditioning (AC) panel damaged so could only turn AC on and off. AC noisy. The positives;, the AC actually worked. The receptionist was helpful. I strongly recommend you find alternative accommodation.

Crap hotel

This would have to be the most deceiving hotel i have ever booked through hotel club. It was dirty,mouldy and the towels and linen were throw away at best, There was no spoons for coffee or anything and the overall condition was terrible....Breakfast wasn't too bad ..Your window to see out was filthy and about 450mm wide by 1m high ....should send prisoners here when the jails are full

I am presuming certain floors are in better condition than others. The pictures provided did not reflect what I saw for my room or floor. I am presuming they are still in the process of renovating. My hallway on the 6th floor was dark and needed color. Some lights were not working and the ceiling looks like it suffered from water damage. The main floor and floor 4 looked bright and clean from what I seen. New sheets and linens would be appreciated. The bathroom also needs some work.

This property is located at Nana, popular sex tousism destination in Bangkok. This a run down hotel, an old property, located in a location crowded with prostitute and other sex workers. That's why environment is unsafe, uncomfortable and lousy. The hotel has no room service or other services. They only do the housekeeping limitedly. Rooms are old, dirty, bathrooms are very moldy and stinky. You will have a comfortable feeling while in the property. Rooms have very limited amenities. I don't recommend it. If you are a sex tourist it may be worthy for you. হতাশ। ব্যাংককের খারাপ লোকেশনে হোটেলটি। পরিবার নিয়ে থাকার জন্য নয়। সেক্স ট্যুরিজমের জন্য উত্তম।

Hotel Tragedy!! Stay away!!

I just say: stay away from this hotel. there was old blood from a fight on the carpet in the hallway. There is mold everywhere in the shower and otherwise the cleanliness was very poor, it was not properly cleaned when we got to the room and the breakfast was absolutely miserable. there were eggs there was ham there was cheese and some vegetables and that was it. Electric cables hang down in locker. So I get an electric shock when i tried to move it away. And all furnitures around in hotel had some damages… Air conditioning did not work properly. this hotel is dangerous to live in.

Booked the room with 'no smoking', as soon as got out of the lift you can smell someone has been smoking and smell gets stronger as you enter the room.............not so 'no smoking' at all!!!. Terrible Hotel. I stayed here before many years ago and bavk then it was a excellent hotel. Now it's Dumb. First I had to change the room, because the toilet didn't flush properly and couldn't change any settings on the aircon. Everything and I mean Everything is really dirty, worn out or in disrepair. There was a Hole in the Ceiling and also a huge mold spot. Dirty floors. Dirty walls. Dirty Paintings. Towels Worn out. Also the bedframe was worn out. In the new room the Aircon made such a loud noise, It feels like you're in a airplane right next to the engine. Only a table on 1 side of the bed and you geussed it, it was dirty. Also if feel like it would break down if you would put on something slighy heavy. Even the hallways looked very dirty with worn out carpet. The front door also had dirty stains. The only thing that was clean, was the reception area and the rooftop bar. I Booked 3 nights and left after 2 night. I should have left after the 1st night, but I was thight on money. If you're travelling on a budget. Please, this hotel is not worth it. Avoid this hotel at any cost! Close down this hotel and do some major renovations!
