This was a gem of a property years ago - fantastic decor and excellent service. Daily staff is still excellent but property badly needs an update - some of the wood finishings are worn and weathered; noise from the busy road is a big problem and my biggest pet peave - frayed towels - why do hotels do that! New management has turned the gem into a budget operation!

I really enjoyed my stay here and extended. There is some minor wear and tear visible but the comfort, service and location for the price is exceptional to say the least. Furthermore, they offer a late check out until 6pm and a free minibar! I will definitely stay again and happily recommend

Best location & loveliest staff

What a little gem this hotel is. We stayed here for our honeymoon. I had contacted the hotel to advise & we were upgraded to a corner suite. The staff are just lovely & the hotel is situated in a great.location. Their breakfast is excellent & bonus it is available until 1pm daily. The lady in the restaurant in the morning also makes the BEST coffee in Thailand. I hope i get a chance to visit Maduzi again. We loved it.

One night is too short...

This hotel is absolutely amazing. I have never seen a hotel that looks so inconspicuous from the outside and is absolutely high-tech and beautiful inside. The staff is very helpful and really tries to help with even the smallest problem. I can only recommend it. The price-performance ratio is absolutely normal and you could even say that for what it offers, it is even cheaper. I don't have to look for a hotel for my next stay in Bangkok because I already know which one I will choose. It is in an absolutely brilliant location, it is in the center near Soy Cowboy where you can have a good conversation. He has lots of very good restaurants in the area and you don't have to look for taxis. There are always taxis or motorbike taxis outside. The hotel is very quiet even though it is on a main road. You can sleep without any problems. The beds are super big. I have never experienced such a big double bed. It hurts my heart that I only booked one night, what I know for sure is that next time I go to the crane I will be spending the whole time there.

The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. The staff are courteous and welcomed us home. (2nd stay here). The breakfast is fabulous, freshly cooked to order. Very nice hotel and service

Wonderful hotell with professional service. All was good for my purpose. For me, living in a hotel comes with finding quite and peace when sleeping. It was not so easy as the hotel was near the busy main road. But in general, really good hotel if you can cope with that.
