We traveled with a toddler and love that it's very near to ICONSIAM which is a huge shopping mall with variety of shops and activities. Also love that they provide a free boat ride that can bring you to the train station so it's very convenient. But unfortunately the hotel itself is average in cleanliness and service. Swimming pool floor is mouldy and the staff rarely smile let alone greet you.

Property and room were nice. I can only give 3 stars because they got me a cab that took me to the wrong destination when leaving. The reason i got the cab through them was to make sure this did not happen. Be sure to get a cab with someone that speaks your language.

Bangkok is a great city, we enjoy the environment and the very good Millennium Hotel hotel. Good location, nice view and next to Icon Siam mall for shopping and variety foods choices and massage area professionals Thai massage, I am sure I will cone again stay at your hotel Only one thing the bed a bit too soft for us, hahaha don’t worry

Beautiful room with an amazing river view. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the riverside seating was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. The property is a little dated especially in the pool area, but the pool bar was excellent. Located next to ICON SIAM, it was super convenient to think of dining options, literally right next door! The boat service also made it really convenient to cross to the other side. The only downside was the traffic in the area was chaotic, so expect Grab rides to be lonnnnng. However, taking public transport was very convenient with the station located right outside the hotel (Taking the public transport will save you time over taking Grab) The service at this hotel was impeccable! I can honestly say it was the best service I experienced at any hotel in Bangkok (I come to BKK once every three to six months)

This hotel has a wonderful view of the river from the rooms, the restaurant, pool and the rooftop bar. It is at a short walking distance from the Iconsiam mall. Breakfast buffet is one of the best ones I have seen and I got a complimentary late check out that was very convenient for a late flight I had from Bangkok. I would definitely stay again at this hotel if I come back to Bangkok.
