Nuovo City Hotel is Superb. Great staff, so helpful. Lovely property, rooftop pool and gym. Area is great with many nice restaurants and rooftop cafes to eat at. Location is to walk to key sights. Only down side is 30 mins walk to nearest MRT but a new line is under construction so that will fix that in a couple of years. In the meantime, Grab! Breakfast could be better as a little basic. Other wise, excellent hotel.

The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable,The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful,Breakfast had loads of choices for everyone except in the fruit area which should be looked at, But this did not put us of staying again, the hotel and Staff are great and I will stay again when I visit Bangkok next year Thank you Nouvo City Hotel.

We checked in very late 12.30am as our flight had been changed, this was no problem, check in was quick and easy. Room was ok, no window though so felt a bit dark, comfy enough and quiet. Breakfast was included but it was very busy and noisy, felt like a school canteen. The queue for the rotating toaster was a joke, had to find our own cutlery too. Good location though, 10 min walk to khao san road area.

O hotel é bom. Mas poderia melhorar. São muito atenciosos, o staff é nota 10. Fiquei uma suite superior luxo O ar condicionado gela muito, mas também faz muito barulho. Não tem acesso a transporte público facilmente, mas como táxi na Tailândia é barato(principalmente o aplicativo Bolt) nos locomovemos de táxi o tempo todo. É muito próximo da Khaosan Road, 700 metros, há vários restaurantes simples, mas ótimos em frente ao hotel. Há uma 7 Eleven ao lado do hotel, casa de câmbio e caixas eletrônicos. Muitas lojas. Cerca de 20 minutos(de táxi) do Wat Traimit(Buda de Ouro), local utilizado pelas agências para iniciar a visita aos templos. A piscina do hotel, apesar do calor, é gelada. Muito fria mesmo. No quarto há água de cortesia, além de chaleira para chás e café solúvel. O café da manhã é bem completo, muito itens que parecem mais buffer de almoço que de café da manhã. Mas é muito bem servido. No geral, gostei bastante.

We had a great comfortable room and everything was fine. We really appreciate the water cooler on every floor to minimize the use of plastic bottles and have access to as much water as we need. The reception staff weren't friendly nor particularly helpful. They all looked glum. We had some small issues abd rgey weren't really interested. The room was ok, there was a musty smell.
