The staff were excellent and room comfortable. We were disappointed with pool and outside facilities as looked dirty and unused. Breakfast was not as fresh or as much variety as other novotels we have been to but again.the staff were excellent . Everything was great during my stay nothing was bad, although I said breakfast was 5 stars I did not try but I did order food at the bar which comes from the kitchen and I based off from it, reminds me of food you would get at a sheraton or marriott.
