Really a convenient place go stay. Near to the Siam BTS, connects to the Airport rail. Most importantly, walking distance to major shopping areas. Rooms are big and spacious, variety for breakfast too. Stayed here each time I visit Bangkok

Good location next to a BTS station and excellent shopping facilities. The breakfast was OK but not brilliant. Some areas of the hotel looked tired and unwelcoming. The pool was nice but the bar, although open, was unmanned and had very little choice. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Had an excellent week-long stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square during my holiday in Bangkok. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Siam, with shopping malls, restaurants and the BTS within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were warm, friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Everything was convenient and enjoyable, making it a great base for exploring Bangkok. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Great location next to the Siam BTS station. Siam Paragon is just across the road, and several malls and tourist attractions are connected via the nearby elevated walkways. The property itself is rather old though the staff are friendly and helpful

Love the location, easy for shopping and close to Siam Center and Siam Paragon. Staff was very friendly. Bathrooms are clean but construction was not so great in the bedrooms water would seep out while showering. Not enough storage. Loved complimentary water.

Had a great time at this property. Our first night we had a terrible night sleep because the people above us were so noisy. After informing the staff, they switched our room and provided a little dessert as an apology. Very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay, would definitely stay again. Breakfast buffet was great, a good selection.
