Excellent location and great attention to service. It would have been even better if interior of property is upgraded and the carpet around corridor is changed as it smells a little and lack of ventilation.

Very kind host at the front desk checked me in. Pretty good English too. My room was fine. It was clean and had everything I needed. And robes were a nice touch. And the breakfast buffet was good!

Hotel front desk service is top class! Extremely friendly and courteous, I felt very much comfortable with all their professional attention. The difference is their dedicated professionalism at best! The location was excellent, being close to BTS station, shopping malls, all kinds of restaurants, yet in quieter alley. There was a washing machine with dryer function, which was a nice surprise. Both kitchen and bathroom were spacious comparing to other hotel/residence rooms we stayed before, which made our 8 night stay even more comfortable. Daily cleaning service was done professionally also.
