Terrible hotel.

the room was infested with Beatles the toilet seat was broken and would not flush and the safety deposit box kept malfunctioning ,and the shower was not good the head was glued together.for the money a very bad stay.

I arrived late,, so check in was through security as office was not open. Very easy.. I showed passport, security gave me package with key and wi-fi info. Next morning maid came to make up room before I was ready so I sent her away. Later that afternoon I went to office to ask for new towels as maid had not returned. They sent maid to room. When I returned to room later it was all made up with clean towels. Internet was down with no apology for day and a half. Beds are very hard. Checkout was the easiest I’ve ever encountered.

We will love to stay again but it will be more pleasant if it would have been equipped with more modern amenities. This is our third stay in this property. A lot of poor maintenance has been noticed. Particularly in the AC's making more noise and less cool. All the wall papers are coming out, filthy smell is coming out from kitchen room etc. We have stayed in room No. 1502 & 1603. It is pity by seeing a good property is fading away for poor maintenance.

Staff are amazing, condition of hotel very poor. Great pool and location perfect. Inside paint and concrete on the carpet live wires hanging out of walls. Lift floors rotting.

Free breakfast was far inferior to last year. We an on site Indian restaurant which served to the very basic Indian taste. Next door was another place we could choose which had a wide variety of choices: eggs, omelettes that looked like omeletettes, nice variety of meats, diced fruits, pancakes, etc as compared to greasy, fried curries and other pan dishes, bread, coffee, etc.

Rooms are ok, bed is also ok. Good security,you need keycard to get in to hotelarea. But when we got there late at night, we got several envelupes delivered and could just pick out our name with out any form for control. We rented two rooms and there were bugs in both. One room in door in bathroom (and dead bugs in a kitchencabinet) and in other room running on roomfloor. But hotel were pretty cheap

Old hotel and full of insects. Major renovation is required to make it presentable. Staff leave at night so noone is there to reach out to if need help. The only good things about it is the location and the gym facility.

いつも利用しています。スクムビット通りから少し距離がありますが、部屋での酒飲み人にとっては大きな冷蔵庫があるのはうれしいです。今回はアップグレードしてくれました。

wasnt bad , but also wasnt great, the rooms show their age and could use a make over for sure, but its Right on Nana Soi 4 where all the night life you could want or need, but its far enough down the street that noise is a non issue and neither is bothersome people, every kind of food you could think of within walking distance including a Mc Donalds, for what I paid per night id stay there again and probably will on my next trip to Thailand in 4 months..

とにかくいつもここ。

このえりあでは費用対効果が1番いい。サービスアパートメントがやってる短期部屋貸しなので、 レセプションなどはホテルのサービスとは違うので慣れてないと戸惑うかも。 部屋、建物は古いですが汚くはないですし、セキュリティーもしかりしてるので女性でも安心かと。
