I liked that the property was in a convenient location as it's connected to the MBK Center. It was nice that the property was always clean. All the staff were overly friendly and welcoming. There was always someone available to address all questions or concerns. I appreciate that the property wasn't in walking distance of the train. This was overall and exceptional hotel and an exceptional experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Pathumwan Princess has always been my top choice of hotel for Bangkok. It is well connected to MBK mall and Siam. The hotel breakfast is of a very high quality and standard. The rooms are newly renovated which are large in space, clean and brightly lighted. Staff are very friendly and approachable

You have made repeat guests out of us
We stayed for a week we paid extra for the breakfast buffet I thought it to be complementary to our room price but it was reasonable to not have to seek out breakfast outside of the hotel when we were already expecting not to. The staff were lovely gave us great ideas on things to go and do or see for the day or the best places to shop. Overall we had a great time we will return
