The room was spotless, located close to the airport link and within a reasonable walking distance to some key tourist locations. Staff were very attentive. Bottled water was free and everywhere was spotless. Would highly recommend.

Great location, nice views, nice pool , great gym. Only downfall was the water doesn’t get hot to shower, and you can’t stream to watch anything . Other than that, no complaints.

5/5 stars! From the exceptional service from the staff, the beautiful view and the upkeep of the pool, the cleanliness of the room and the beautiful interior of the facility. I hands-down give credit to everyone, including the front desk to the bell boys. They were so helpful and very friendly!! This will make me come back to this specific hotel and recommend to everyone. The area around the hotel is like a main motorway and flyover. Whilst it is convenient for the local trains, it really is isn’t the best of locations, lots of building work on the sidewalks and it felt a bit unsafe walking back at night as it was deserted. I had a lipstick stain on a glass in my room, a hair in the sink and my friend had a broken glass. The breakfast however was wonderful, and there was live traditional classical music most mornings. The view from the breakfast bar was wonderful.

Was charged 2000THB deposit during check-in. At first, the staff told me to pay by credit card, but instead of credit 2000THB from my credit card, the staff key-in all 16-digits of my credit card number and the CVV number + expiry dates at the back onto their check-in portal, which is very suspicious. Fortunately, I noticed and stopped, and switched to pay by cash. The deposit was returned during check-out. The room is big, with towels provided, but a bit dusty especially near the curtain and dressing table. For the shower, the water temperature is very difficult to adjust, either too hot or too cold. Location is convenient, with 7-11 at the G/F, <10 min walk to PhayaThai Station. The hotel also offer free shuttle bus (need to check their schedule and book with front desk)

Upon arrival and throughout our stay, the entrance always smelt like something died in it. Like a big rat or animal. Two nights into our 1st room, we saw a cockroach and asked for a different room. They no longer had double so they put my husband & I into twin bed room. The walls are thin so you’ll ‘hear’ adult things every now and then. The key card beeper started working after 1.5 weeks so we had to get new keys three times during our stay. The 7 Eleven on the 1st floor was the best thing there.

グループの旅行で利用させていただきました。 部屋は十分に綺麗で最高のホテルでしたが、シャワーが分かりづらくお湯を出すのに苦労した2名ほど人がいました。 ホテルの立地は多少繁華街から外れるため、十分静かでした。 また、朝食にレストランを利用しましたが、バイキングメニューが十分あり満足できました。 もしまた行くことがあれば利用させていただきたいと思います。

Das Hotel liegt in einem modernen, sauberen Neubau. Direkt im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen 7-Eleven mit großer Auswahl – sehr praktisch. Die Lage ist etwas abseits der Innenstadt, aber die Metro war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool war großartig und nicht überfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben: Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Das Zimmer und Bad waren perfekt sauber und sehr komfortabel. Fazit: Sehr modernes, gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und tollem Pool. Ideal, wenn man kein Problem mit einem kleinen Fußweg zur Metro hat.

Modernes Hotel mit schönem Bad und leiser AC. Das Gym ist ausreichend, auch wenn eine Klimmzugstange fehlt. Nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber gute Anbindung an die Bahn und per Grab ist man schell überall. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl inkl. ganz gutem Brot und tollen Früchten. Am Wochenende gab es tolle traditionelle live Musik während des Frühstücs. Nur der Saft ist leider etwas süß. Praktisch ist auch der 7/11 im EG. Eine Bar würde das Angebot noch abrunden.
