Room was not bad. Breakfast good but there are better or a 5 star hotel. Service lacking. Had an issue with my room during 1 AM check in and took an hour to resolve. Very polite staff but management not great and there is definitely deferred maintenance in areas by the pool and elsewhere.

Great Hotel to stay in Bangkok ! Convenient location! Too crowded breakfast place . I should have opted for no breakfast option and choose other great breakfast options nearby! Was so crowded, gerat food choices but quality is not great. Service was slow, I got my coffee served when I was about to leave. That's my only regret.

I stay at this hotel once or twice a year when I come to Bangkok. This time they seemed to be busier than usual during my check in and I didn’t ask for a VIP upgrade. Rooms are comfortable, Breakfast options are very good and the staff are very courteous in general. Their TV channels are lacking, there’s not even a CNN nor main sport channel for US traveler plus the reception is unacceptable with some channels. The wifi connection constantly dropped off while I was connected, it’s annoying that you have to reconnect. I didn’t encounter these issues with my previous stays so my guess is that it is related to the number of guests connecting at the same time? Anyway it is becoming less of a favorite of mine.

The only issue I had were the dirty sheets on the night I arrived. The room just didn't look thoroughly cleaned. They did a thorough cleaning the following day as we checked in late.

I am honestly disappointed with this hotel. It’s in a great location, with BTS, shopping malls and lots of restaurants. Yet the staffs are surprisingly unhelpful and unfriendly. The facilities are generally very old, the bathroom flooded…. It’s not up to expectations…
