Even though I did not end up staying at the hotel, the staff did accommodate me to look at several other rooms to try to accommodate my satisfaction of lush bedding and bathroom amenities. I did not find the rooms to be of my personal satisfaction, but I will say that the manager and the staff were very respectful and provided me a refund which was completely satisfying.

Great area if you want to stay in this Area everything is in walking distance the Hotel has 2 towers one for room one for the suites I can not say anything about the regular rooms but the suites are in dire need of remodeling fells a bit like early 90’ also the wear and tear other then that nothing to complain staff is super helpful and friendly breakfast is good and fresh lived the accessibility but if it’s not renovated probably wouldn’t repeat as if the conditions. Staff was lovely and more then helpful

Overall the hotel was good but is definitely starting to show its age. Loose fixtures, issues with the A/C, only one elevator available. However the rooms are a good size, the pool area is quite nice, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I would still recommend despite some of the concerns.

My only complaint about this property is that there is two buildings with the same hotel. This one is located in the back therefore everytime you want to get an Uber or breakfast you have to walk about 8 mins to get to the taxi or food etc. other than that the hotel is more quiet than the other building which I loved. The hotel staff is so kind. The second day of my solo trip I had an accident, the second I arrived back at the hotel. The hotel front desk attended me with a medical kit without me asking. Very kind. There is also a washer and dryer in the hotel rooms which was great. Thank you so much
