The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing. What a beautiful initial greeting from the staff. Hotel was close to everything. Very walkable

This area is very convenient in Bangkok Close to some of the major sights to see. MRT and river transport easily accessible from here The staff is great - very helpful and with that unique blend of Thai elegance and hospitality. The rooftop restaurant is very good and the staff here is charming and elegant A gem on the riverside!

Riva Arun was the perfect place to stay in Bangkok! It was absolutely lovely, and the staff was so kind and helpful. The views of Wat Arun were stunning. It was also within a short walk of so many attractions!

Great location, easy walk from Sanam Chai station. Our room had a great view of the highly entertaining Chao Phraya river. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant for both breakfast and dinners. Also close to Grand Palace. Glad we chose the Riva Arun!

Superb service can’t make up for small rooms

Fantastic service but small room taken up mostly by bed. No chairs to sit. Walking distance to key tourist locations if you can tolerate the heat. Several restaurants In neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at Riva Arun. The staff greeted us immediately after our car arrived, and served us some Thai tea as we checked in. The staff were so kind, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is superb - walkable to the Flower market, Wat Pho and the Grand Palace. A ferry stop was just a few steps away from the hotel entrance and took you right across the river to Wat Arun. Plus there are many restaurants to choose from. So convenient! Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL! We really enjoyed our stay at Riva Arun. The location was great and that was the priority when we were planning our trip. We planned on being out of the room and exploring most of the time so the hotel amenities were not a real concern. Riva Arun proved to be top notch in every way! We had a beautiful, well-appointed room but what made the stay truly memorable was the staff. Everyone was friendly and always helpful. I would say that they went out of their way, except it was obvious that this is how they treat every guest.
