Overall it was a pleasant experience. Staff at the concierge were really helpful. We had a wonderful experience at the Sense Spa trying the Chong massage. However, the midnight traffic was noisy. The lighting in the elevator is abit dim. Can hardly see the floor numbers on the buttom. The hotel room and corridor are very cold.

Rosewood Bangkok was very likable on my previous visit. A few changes are now noted, some I like, some not so much. Breakfast is an improvement that is now more enjoyable. Amenities are not as good. I know it is good for the environment to provide shampoo and shower gel in large bottles but I seriously doubt if it should be how it works in a 5-star hotel. The pump is not good anyway which makes me hate the large bottles more. Most disappointing of all is the comb. Rosewood used to provide very good "disposable" hair brush that I actually took home and is still in use. This time it was the first thing I look for when I arrived. The new comb is nothing but garbage. Then creamer. It is no longer supplied with Nespresso capsule. House keeping remains a weakness. This is not the Rosewood I liked.

New and great location hotel
The hotel is closest to the Skytrain Phloen Chit station, literally outside. The hotel is relatively new with a good sitting area. Bed is comfortable and firm.

Exceptional executive class experience. Fine quality designer tier accommodations , intimate and exclusive experience. Recommend atleast 3 day stay for full experience of a regal home away from home type of stay. Do have yourself the favor and go.

A hotel made in China for Chinese tourists
The hotel is new so it’s not meaningful if I say the facilities etc are new and clean. The staff are patient and friendly enough. Location? Lots of cheap hotels in Bangkok are in good locations. It’s the first time for me to experience the Rosewood brand and I give it B/B+. I don’t think it’s sustainable if they try to get customers by keeping the price 10% cheaper than Park Hyatt Bangkok. Rosewood has to make more effort in making its guests feel like home. Breakfast was chaotic and choices are limited (perhaps to reduce food waste from the greedy Chinese guests). The changing room by the pool is sad, freezing and smelly. The spa was good not great. I do love the food at Nan Bei. Unfortunately, my big lobster died and I had to settle for a small one on my last night in Bangkok. I was very very disappointed.
