Upon arrival, the host was trying really hard to make me look stupid in front of my partner by convincing me that I had booked a twin bed room instead of the single bed. The hotel room design is outdated. The rooms are aged and smelly. The mini bar is empty. This hotel is not worth its money, there are options in Bangkok with far better value. Avoid this hotel

The Best Hotel In Bangkok

My stay was amazing as always. This will always be my most favorite hotel here in Bangkok. Whenever I visit which I try to often, I will always make sure to book a few nights here. The food at Red Oven just continues to amaze me along with the courteous service. My wife, myself and her cousin had the best time ever at the pool party. Thank you so much for always making me feel like a welcomed and loved guest.

My stay here was fantastic. I booked it to have a relaxing spa day after traveling for 5 weeks all over SE Asia. The staff was kind and welcoming, the restaurants had many delicious options, my room was cozy with a beautiful view. I'd definitely stay here again!

This is a truly great hotel. The staff are amazing, the property is lovely. The breakfast was great with a really good selection. And the location was outstanding. I've been here twice and o would definitely consider returning.
