Our stay at so/ Bangkok was great! We had a water element room and it was very clean . The hotel was also very clean and quiet . The only thing I would say is they should heat the jacuzzi up and warm the pool a bit

There was a mixup between expedia and the hotel for my booking so they almost put me in a less amazing room. The staff that assisted me shuffled some things around and after a workout at their awesome gym I was able to settle in! The pool area has an amazing view of lumpini park and the room itself was incredible! I will definitely be coming back to stay at SO/ Bangkok

Breakfast at SO/ Bangkok was an excellent way to start the day. The menu offered a wide variety of options, blending international classics with Thai flavors. From fresh tropical fruits, pastries, and eggs made to order, to local dishes and healthy choices, everything was well presented and consistently fresh. The quality of ingredients really stood out, especially the coffee and hot dishes. The location of the breakfast area adds to the experience, with a stylish, modern design and plenty of natural light. It feels calm yet vibrant, making it ideal whether you’re easing into the morning or preparing for a full day exploring Bangkok. What truly elevated the experience was the service. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, always quick to clear plates or offer assistance. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome—smiles, polite greetings, and a willingness to accommodate requests made a noticeable difference. Overall, breakfast at SO/ Bangkok combines great food, a beautiful setting, and outstanding service, setting a high standard for hotel dining in the city.

Everyone was so nice and the hotel is very clean, the only downside is there is a lotttttttttt of traffic as it’s in the business district, that’s not the hotel’s fault tho, just give yourself extra time if you have to go anywhere
