The room was very nice, bed was great, staff was very helpful and friendly, the location was great. It was smaller than the surrounding megahotels, but felt very classy. The breakfast was very good and they prepared a nice breakfast box for us as we had to leave early on the last day.

The staff was very helpful! I stayed only one night and needed help with transportation and holding luggage for early checkout. The front desk staff was very patient and helpful to get what was needed. Breakfast starts only at 7 am, but the service was great. The location was very convenient and walking distance to Terminal 21, but it was difficult to get in and out with a taxi.

The hotel is small, but clean and decent, but we noted that there was stain on the blanket cover, so we deliberately leave it uncovered so that the cleaner could see it, but didn’t get change for the whole 4 days stay. No full height mirror, only one small circular mirror above the hand basin (same comment as other previous review) which is not convenient, especially when you just bought new clothes to try on and you couldn’t see the whole effect. There were molds on the sealant in the shower cubicle and near the basin, good to get them replaced for better impression. We didn’t get free breakfast for our package, so we tried it once and quite disappointed, as I ordered the Thai omelette and on the menu, it stated with a bracket with pork sausage, crispy bacon etc. without the word “add on” or “optional”, so I was expecting to have these, but it ended up with just a fried egg and plain rice under it, and few slices of cucumber as garnish, nothing else. I asked the waiter why I didn’t get those as listed in the bracket and he said that I needed to specify it during ordering, but he didn’t tell or ask me during ordering, so didn’t go back again. The best thing about this hotel is the location, very close to big shopping centre Terminal 21, BTS & MRT station, very convenient for shopping, transportation and many massage shops along the street which the hotel is located, but this street is hard to walk along, with many street stalls selling food and no pavement at some parts.

The room is nice but will never stay there again. - internet disconnect frequently and is not stable at all. Not possible to do call in this condition. - water in shower looks like the 60th impossible to have right temperature - air conditionner feel like you sleep with your washing machine - breakfast …… croissant hard like rock and the guy say cook this morning … take me for stupid - free 1 drink every day at the bar down stair they say . Not open after 3 apparently i never see it open in evening. ==> just dont offer it - staff always looks lost when ask about internet or air conditioning That too bad the room is nice the amenity is good bed is confortable … But so many bad detail

The internet was back as normal after that and we have also provided an alternative source of internet during the time but it's a fact that the bandwidth was lower than the normal line.For the issue concerning the Air conditioning and the Water Heater, we are on process to solve it but it's a plan that takes time as we need to replace room by room and we have already achieved for more than 50% of the entire hotel and on going for the rest of it.We also take a good note about the concern with pastry at the breakfast as well as the happy hours free drinks and we will improve the quality of our product and service as we are looking at some new concept of food at the restaurant.Once again thank you for your time sharing your experience and our apologies for all the inconveniences.Kind regards,

Customer service was friendly and efficient. Loved that it is located near Terminal21 and the transportation systems (MRT and BTS) were within walking distance. Rooms were clean, however, the bed wasn’t too comfortable. Free breakfast was wonderful!

This hotel is very convenient to BTS n MRT, easy to access to travel to shopping mall. Only thing not very good, i hv request a higher floor during booking n hv email confirmed. But when arrival, was given a very low floor (4th floor). Surrounding was very noisy. The past few years i had stay in SILQ hotel, staff n room assign was great.

Super clean facility with great staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to night life and easy to get a ride anywhere in the city. Great facility. Only thing was staff came I to my room to clean when I had the do not disturb sign up as I did not want the room cleaned that day.

Nice place but no gym or pool - water is either extremely hot or cold - nothing reasonable in between - after 12am water rarely gets hot. Towels and bedsheets sometimes have stains. Good location overall for the price. Staff are extremely friendly.
