I made a mistake early on with a remark about hot water there was in fact plenty of hot water I just need to learn how the taps work in different countries. The bed was excellent and some of the best sleep I have had for a few years. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and all of the facilities were modern and of a high standard. Would definitely stay here again

Sib Kao was hands-down the best decision we made on our trip! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the metro, 3 minutes to Terminal 21 (a great mall with solid food options), and within 10 minutes you’ve got street markets, shopping, restaurants, bars, rooftop clubs—you name it, it’s within reach. This place truly is a hidden gem. No matter the time of day, the staff was consistently amazing—friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. They made us feel so welcome from start to finish. If I could give this place an 11/10, I absolutely would. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Sib Kao, for the incredible hospitality!

I had an amazing experience staying at Sib Kao. The hotel is impeccably clean, which made my stay very comfortable. Its central location is perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. Loved the staff. Very pleasant and hospitable. Accommodated very late check-in and also leaving the airport, they made sure our Grab was booked correctly. Rooms were nice and clean. Very convenient spot near Terminal 21 and both Metro and Skytrain lines, making it very convenient to get around to different areas. Totally would stay again!

Wonderful property, STELLAR service!!

There is not enough good I could say about this place! My best friend and I spent 2 weeks in Thailand between Pattaya to Bangkok to Chiang Mai down to Phuket to Ko Phi Phi and other islands, we stayed in multiple hotels, always booking 2 rooms so we were able to compare between rooms as well, and this place outshined them all by a large margin! The service here was beyond stellar! The rooms were very nice and comfortable, the shower was large and luxurious, but the staff is what sold us the most!

Great location. Disappointing stay.

Location was great. Many massage shops around. However upkeep of the hotel and daily housekeeping is poor. No toothbrush/toothpaste provided when we first checked in. Toiletries were not adequately refilled in following days. Reception needs to be trained on providing better guest relations. Eg. Didn’t ask if we wanted to check in our luggage or help to hail a cab to the airport when we check out.
