It is a very clean hotel, safe place to stay even safe to walk on the street at night time, staff are very helpful, accessible to dining places, Khaosan Road nice place to dine esp at night time, is very close, only few minutes walk, close to The Grand Palace Temple and few others. I would recommend this place to friends and will definitely use this hotel if ever I will come back to Thailand.

Excellent stay

Adjoining rooms were lovely and big, very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were lovely and friendly and we made good use of the tuktuk rides. Would visit again, thank you for a lovely stay :)

Good choice in exellent location

A really good located hotel for a good price. We have stayed here several times and are always happy with our choice. There is a cafe just outside the door who serves decent breakfast. The rooms are kind of dark and small, but for the price it's still a good choice. We don't spend much time in our hotel anyway.

Stayed here before and will probably come back again. Good location for food and drinks, Khao San Road only 5-10 minutes walk. Close to river and canals. Room is clean and functional with usual amenities. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Can't beat this hotel for the price in this area.

Nice middle of the road small hotel. In a good neighbourhood. Not much sound proofing though. Hear ever door on the floor slam shut . Lots of quant restaurants in the area and easy walking to other locations.

Excellent stay at Tara Place! Very clean and many restaurant options within a 2 min walk or less (would specifically recommend Jeng Noodle). Also an 7/11 very close by. Also less than 10 min walk to khao San road so far from the noise but close enough to go as often as you want. Would absolutely stay here again

The staff at Tara Place were fantastic at giving us directions and arranging transportation for us. The location is very convenient for the restaurants and shops on Khao San Road. The family room was perfect for our family of 6.

Tara Place was a wonderful hotel to stay in for a few days in Bangkok. The entire hotel was clean, well-kept, and the staff was professional and courteous. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, from a/c to locking safe. There was a small window with a nice view (could see the top of Emerald Buddha Temple), and you could watch the sunrise from lovely shared balcony/terrace on the fourth floor. There are plenty of food options nearby the hotel, both restaurants and street food. Speaking of options nearby, Tara Place was easy to find and very centrally located for access to points of interest. We could walk to Khao San Road in minutes, and could have even walked to several temples with a bit of a longer trek. The hotel provides several free shuttle services daily, but we didn’t end up using them as we liked the walk. I have nothing but good things to say about this place!

I requested a late-night check-in around 3 am, and despite the late hour, two staff members were at the counter to assist with check-in. They guided me to the room, which was very pleasant and clean. I had read some negative reviews about the facility, mentioning noisy air conditioning and the loud city making it hard to sleep, but I didn't experience any of that. The room was in excellent condition, the air conditioning worked silently, and the location was great, slightly away from the bustling city center, providing a calm atmosphere and easy access to Khao San Road. In the morning, there were plenty of good restaurants nearby, and convenience stores were also very close. It was my first visit to Thailand from another country, and due to the significant language and cultural differences, there was some confusion, but despite the communication barrier, the staff's smiles and kindness made me feel welcomed and helped me as much as they could, for which I'm very grateful. If I ever visit Bangkok, Thailand again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you.
