The staff is friendly but the room facilities are not good. One of the plug is not working. I can't use the mini bar to cool my drinks. I found a lid (like pringles /Mr potato lid) under the blanket. It might not been cleaned at all.

Very disappointing
They didn't have the room I booked, it took them 2 1/2 hours to find me a room in one of their other branches meaning that I didn't get a room until 1 am, they didn't give any sort of compensation, and worse the hotel staff didn't hide that they found me annoying for complaining. When I finally got a room it was dirty and the a/c didn't work.

the service was excellent since its easy to interact with the employees who are also Filipinos, friendly staff and the rooms are wide, the location is quite accessible with a parking space for customers:)

This place nasty
Room was excruciatingly hot and stuffy. No window. Stains on the walls on the bed on everything. This was the "fan room" we did not stay in the A/C room. Spend a few extra and go elsewhere, this place was horrid.

Worst staff I have ever experienced. Super hot rooms with no windows. Lights are too dark .

Bathroom - no hooks to hang towel and / or clothes Room - good as it is really spacious but we had a stained sheet for one of the beds. Mosquitoes!!! Aircon - very slow to get it running Lights - so very dim, cannot read There's only a Hot flask pot to boil hot water and cups on the table but no PowerPoint nearby. PowerPoint is located at the far end nearby to the beds. The room we were given was not same as the image shown on the web. Hotel staff - just ok.

Nightmare in Sukhumvit
The room was very stinky and leaking . The walls had moist and wet all over . The bathroom was very small . And it stinks almost every where and location is very far from main road or BTS . There are nothing much near by . Mostly clubs and massage shops in beginning of Soi 22 you can go there and enjoy your nightlife . Room needs to upgrade for reasons . It made me sick because of the smell . Air conditioner was very loud . I got upgrade to AC room but not much impress compare to the fan room that must be even worse. Two nights staying there is not that fun .

Great No Frills Place
This is a nice no frills place. If you expect a luxury hotel, don't book here. The Mix is a simple smaller business. Staff is friendly and helpful. We got what we expected, a place to sleep and take showers, and a refrigerator for a few snacks and drinks. The cable channels were not so exciting, unless you speak Thai. There are a few English language channels though. Numerous food places are in walking distance. We preferred Thai food, and got excellent meals at outstanding prices. Look where the expats eat Thai, and you usually won't go wrong. There are also several convenience stores in the close vicinity, two 7 Elevens and a Family Mart within 2-5 walking minutes. This is a great place to go anywhere in no time. If you like to walk, then take a stroll North up Soi 22, Soi 20 or Soi 16. After 20 minutes, you are in the restaurant and entertainment area. Of course, there are also taxis (inexpensive).

Le personnel est très accueillant et l'hôtel est bien situé (métro et centres commerciaux). Les chambres sont parfaites pour un court séjour : Fenêtres cachées par des stores occultants qui ne s'ouvrent pas ... Les draps sont troués et les serviettes déchirées mais propres ! Pour vous douchez, vous devez vous insérer entre le lavabo et le wc.

タイ旅行6度目です いつもなにかと便利なのでスクンビットソイ22に 泊まっています。今回も前回に2度泊まった事が あって安くてwi-fiも使えてまあ便利な場所にあるので今回も選びました。 が、今回案内された部屋がまず1番端の部屋で 道路に近いため車の音がうるさい これはすぐ気になって我慢するか迷ったが すぐ電話して部屋を変えてほしいと伝えると すぐ新しい部屋に変えてくれた。 そこも5階の1番端の部屋510だったがそこもまあ うるさかったが初めのところよりかはマシだった。 だがこの部屋にはフロントにかけれる電話もないし お湯を沸かすポットも壊れてて使えない、、 しまいにはブレーカーが何度も落ちる。。 シャワーのお湯は超弱い、、髪の毛洗うのに 倍の時間かかりました。。シャワーとクーラー充電を 同時に使うとすぐ真っ暗状態 スタッフを二度と呼びブレーカーを見てもらったが それでも切れるので自分たちでブレーカーを 触って使いました。その時にもほかの部屋空いてない？と聞いたがいっぱいらしく断られた。 しかも屋台で買った甘いお菓子を机の上に 置いて寝たら朝、蟻がすごかった 布団も中の綿でてるし.. まじで低クオリティーすぎ。。 部屋のクリーニングも1日目はやってもらえたが 二日目は部屋にいるときにノックされて 今から掃除するよ的な感じでいたのであと30後に 出るよ！あとでお願い的な事を伝えたのに 出かけて帰ってきたらそのままになっていた、、 おいおい、、 よって今回のミックスプロンポンは非常に 使いにくいホテルだった、値段は安いが 最低限のサービスが使えなかったのは予想外だった。 ちなみに違う部屋では平気でしたが 510号室は最低でした。。 もう泊まらないと思います。

The hotel is very run down...both the room as well as the common areas. The noise level is also very high which makes sleeping impossible. The room also has a very bard bed. This is OK for one night but I wouldn't recommend more nightso than that

Worst hotel i ever met
I booked the room for many months ago and I though that I will get the room that looks closely like the picture they showed on expedia, but not at all! I went to check-in, the receptionist can't speak Thai, that was not a problem. The first problem was my booking ID, that expedia sent me by e-mail, was not appear on hotel database. We had to fix that for half hour and it wasted my time a lot! I finally got a FAN ROOM on the 5th floor, there was NO WINDOW in the room! Imagine what a terrible experience!! Top floor, no window, only one fan, very hard bed, dusty pillow and very tiny bathroom!

Unglaublich heiß und schwer auszuhalten.
Das Zimmer besteht aus einem Bett, einem Waschbecken und einem "Bad". Der Ventilator bringt bei der Hitze in Bangkok eher weniger etwas und das Fenster zu öffnen war nicht möglich.

スタッフの対応も最悪！ 部屋の掃除もしてない！ ベッドシーツも変えたふりをしてそのまま同じ物を使っている！ 毎日プロンポン駅までバイタク代がかかって逆に高くついた。 これならプロンポン駅近くに借りた方がましだった 2度と泊まりたくないホテルでした

Ich bin als Backpacker sicher nicht sehr anspruchsvoll, aber ein Zimmer ohne Fenster ....Unterm Dach...Hätten wir auch gleich eine Sauna mieten können... Die Klimaanlage hatte nur eine Ventilatorfunktion.....Zu guter Letzt schliefen wir bei offener Tür.....

やめたほうがいい！I do not recommend！！！！！！！！！
最低でした。案内された部屋が窓がなくエアコンがない部屋で追加料金を払わなければ変えてくれないと、結局倍の料金で変更するもそこも汚く荷物部屋のように臭く、汚かった。建物自体も振動で地震のように揺れて気持ち悪くなる始末。駅からは遠く、周辺はスラム街です。従業員は部屋が気に入らないとお金は返さない出て行けという始末。おかまの2人は最低の対応です。予約の際も残り１室と毎回記載されていますがほぼ空き室で埋まっていません。私のほかに外国人もトラブルで揉めていました。 安くても他を探した方がいいです。熟年になりなん百もホテルに宿泊しましたがここまで最低なホテル（野宿してるほうがまし）はいままでみたことがありませんでした。 This place is like a fraud. It is better to quit because it is not a hotel.I regret it.Even if it is cheap, look for others.
