コミュニケーションがちょっと、、、

チェックインが21時前であったが、フロントのある2階のドアが閉まっており、連絡先を書いた貼紙に電話するも、相手方が電話して来た意味をキャッチするのに、相当説明に時間を要した事、及び翌朝同じスタッフに道を尋ねるも、地理にも明るくなく結局、ホテル出入りのクリーニング屋のスタッフが教えてくれた事がマイナス点。

Room: The Fantastic Four Pax: 4 Experience: 1. The receptionists were not friendly and professional. a. The receptionist (female) was quite annoyed that all four of us check-in at different time due to different flights. b. The receptionist (male) was not attentive. As there is only 1 key to the room, we would leave our key at the reception before we go out. However, there were 2 incidents where he told us the key was not with him and we thought that we lost the key, only to find out the next morning that the key was at the reception all the time. 2. Other than that, everything was good. :)

Comfort & Location

Great location near Khao San Road, but away from the late night noise if you want to get some sleep! Friendly, helpful staff, and comfy beds.

Hmmmm. Good location especially for first time visitors of Bangkok. Near Khao san road and Rambutri. For this price range you couldn’t expect too much. We booked 2 family rooms in advance and telephoned to the hotel about late check out. They explained No problem if you pay 100 bhat for one hour. We agreed. Next day receptionist asked me if we coud check out at 12.00 because they have booking. They probably get booked overnight and kicked us out. However they let us leave our belongings there at reception and we coud take a shower before leaving BKK to Europe. Overall quite ok. This is Thailand

Nous avons loué la chambre à 30€. C'était un cagibi. La propreté n'était pas faite (toiles d'araignées, cheveux au sol, ...) et une odeur d'égout se dégageait de la minuscule salle de bain. À côté de l'hôtel une boîte de nuit nous a empêché de dormir jusqu'à 2h du mat. Un cauchemar....

Direkt an der Kao San Road. Für Backpacker zu zweit optimal (2 Bett Zimmer) Schöne Roof-Top-Terasse Keine Fenster Direkt an einem Technoclub (laut) Dreckige Bettwäsche Große Räume, vergleichsweise weiche Matratzen Preis für Bangkok ok - im Rest vom Land bekommt man bereits für einen Bruchteil des Preises deutlich mehr geboten.

De ligging is ideaal alleen als je een lichte slaper bent kun je beter elders verblijven aangezien het naast een bar is. Hotel is leuk ingericht en goed onderhouden.

Nice hotel with techno music during night.

We (family of four) stayed just for one night. Hotel is small and clean in the centre of old Bangkok. The only problem is that we could not sleep until 5 AM, when the next door techno club finished the performance. Luckily our kids fell asleep before the music started. I am a fan of electronic music too but if you want to sleep during night just pick different hotel. Their bass speaker is quite powerful. We were told that the rooms on the other side of the corridor dont get as much noice, so you may be lucky. Also, they say you can buy breakfast but they were sold out when we stayed there.

Nice quaint hotel in a great location

In great location near Khaosan Road for a good price. Stayed in sidekick room with two single beds on same floor as reception. Room was clean and perfect for what I was looking for. I didn't spend too much time in the room so the size was not an issue. I wanted a place near Khaosan Road. It was a about a block away. The hotel staff was also very accommodating when I needed to extend my stay an extra night. They also arrange transportation to the airport. The room had an AC unit and a small TV.

사진과는 너무나 다른 모습에 깜짝놀랐습니다. 더럽지는 않았으나 많은양의 벌레와 함께 이틀을 보냈습니다. 현지 관광지와의 접근성은 굉장히 좋으나 가격대비 청결함이 너무나 부족합니다.

카오산 로드에 접근성이 너무 좋으면서도 시끄럽지 않고 주변에 먹을거리가 많았음. 리셉션에 영어를 잘하진 않지만 대부분의 단어는 알아들어서 큰 불편은 없었음. 에어컨이 소음이 심하긴 하지만 빵빵하고 침대도 튼튼해서 이용하는데 매우 만족함. 4명일행이라 4인실을 썼는데 객실내 욕실이 깨끗하고 물도 온수도 잘나옴.옥상에 루프트바가 있다는데 가보진 못함. 맞은편 브런치 가게에 땡모반도 맛있고 커피도 모두 드립으로 내려서 맛있음. 주변에 아침일찍부터하는 노점이나 식당이 많고 작은 로터리 근처라 툭툭타기도 편함.

Not a happy customer

After a 16 hour trip we were looking forward to our stay here. We arrived and were told that they had double booked us. They said they'd booked another hotel down the road for us which they brought us to. It was terrible - dirty, noisy, unsafe, completely different standard to what we had wanted. It was so late that we had to take it. Not happy with the experience. To make it worse I followed up with an email the next day and they have still not bothered getting back to us. So I can't report on the actual hotel but our treatment and replacement was not to an acceptable standard.

Great location

Upon check-in, we were given the wrong type of room when we clearly booked the larger one. After my inquiry, they claimed that the agent booking for them had made a mistake and added that there were no more larger rooms available for the rest of my stay. The staff was kind enough to shift us to the largest "smaller room" and mentioned that she will refund the money at the end of my stay as she will only be charging me for the smaller room.
