I have not found anything I dislike about this property. The property location is good for me. The staff was amazing kind and polite and very helpful. The breakfast was very good wide range of selection for different nationalities. I will recommend this property to anyone that asks me where to stay in Bangkok. I was lucky to find it.

Interactions with staff were always pleasant friendly, and helpful. Every area of the hotel was well conditioned and maintained. I checked in at another hotel about less than a mile away and was not as pleased with the hotel staff. We will recommend them to friends and family as well as look forward to returning in the future!

Everythign was great. only our room had stains on the carpet from former guests which just didnt make the room look good. (we had two rooms) the other room was great. Rooms were big and comfortable. Staff was wonderful

Great hotel! We loved our room with the outdoor hot tub, although I think the hot tub could have been a bit cleaner. It looked clean at first but after we got out there was some stuff that came out from the jets. Nothing crazy though. Other than that, the room was clean and very nice!! Great views of Bangkok. The pool was amazing! Pool bar drinks were ok but the food was very good. Overall, I would stay here again.

From the moment you get off the vehicle you feel welcome, very attentive, everything was spotless even on hall ways and elevators, break fast and bar was amazing and we couldn't appreciate more the staff, absolutely lovely and an amazing stay, also the driver we hired to take us around, was amazing and helpful.

Wonderful stay at Valia. Staff and amenities were excellent. Breakfast was a wonderful spread of food many nationalities. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Great view. Good location. Shuttle was easy and very convenient to nearby malls and transportation. Good value. Highly recommended and we'd stay there again.
