One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms are clean and big. The staffs are so nice and helpful specially Fluke! This are the kind of hotels you’d like to go home after a long day outside. Their location is very convenient too. I would recommend and will stay here again if I’d ever go to Bangkok.

The staff especially Noon, Fikly, John, Bow, Fluke and PP were very polite and professional. Bedroom was always kept cleaned. Swimming areas and gym were tidy and safe to use. There were different breadfast options which included continental breakfast. Overall, my stay was enjoyable with a full body massage on the eve of my last night at the hotel.

Absolutely amazing experience for staying in this hotel! First, we booked a family suite which there are two rooms with a double bed and a bunk bed, the rooms are bigger than we expect, which is more than enough space for a couple with two kids. Second, the breakfast are excellent which they have plenty of choices, from salad bar to cooked food, enable my family to choose different kinds of food even when they are picky eaters. Last but not least, the staff are super nice especially Noey who is the driver for the shuttle bus service, he saw us waiting at the lobby for checkout and proactively came to us and see if we need help. We already missed the previous shuttle bus and he still drive us to the nearest BTS station and help us to handle the suitcases. Really thank you for his help!! We will definitely come to stay in this hotel again.

Busy but good value

For the money, it's excellent value. Only issue was the rugby scrum at breakfast. So busy. Food was ok. Nothing special, except the pandan custard which was yummy. Everything else was edible if you can fight your way through the crowds.

A classy hotel with fabulous staff. A shout out to the front desk staff. Fluke and Tae went out of there way to make our stay as smooth as possible. We arrived in the early morning , they got us a room. On our return trip we arrived late at night. They got us a room. Thank you gentlemen the rooms are always clean. Great cleaning staff also. The restaurant staff was spot on. The pina colada are one of the best in the area.

When I first opened the door, someone was already using it. So I had to ask for another room. The hotel's overall facilities were satisfactory, but the water pressure was very weak, making it uncomfortable to take a shower. I don't know why, but there were so many bodybuilders in hotel.
