"Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. I found the ADA features frustrating as a non ADA user. There was plenty of room for two hooks on the bathroom door, but all heights were lowered for ADA. Our towels touched the floor, which was a bit unpleasant. There was a full size closet but again all lowered for ADA standards. Plenty of opportunities to accommodate both users. With a long dress to hang for a wedding we were attending, I was unhappy. I was disappointed when I dropped my glasses and they fell behind the night stand. I found a previous users pills along the back wall between the bed and night table. I felt like the carpet was not vacuumed well or at all. The front entrance had cob webs and the tops of garbage cans under the awning could have used a scrub. Breakfast was carb loaded. Not any options for low glycemic or diabetic users. Not many Gluten Free or Dairy free options at this hotel. Will I stay again. Probably not, the road noise was too load for our liking."
