I found having the shower steppping straight into the room a bit odd and I believe this should have been informed before the stay. "A lovely hotel right by Grand opera house. Lovely food, comfy bed. The quilt was way to heavy and stiff. There was no yogurt left in the bowl at 9.30am. I asked for more, but 10 mins later still non. There was also no berries left. The lady brought a new bag, filled the bowl, but they were FROZEN solid.So I had to let it go"
