Our room was clean and cleaned every 3 days although you could request items or cleanup in between those times. Staff at the desk were very attentive and the breakfast staff took great care to keep items fresh during the 3 hr breakfast service time. Hotel is conveniently located near the airport and highways to other areas in Maine.

The property is very nice and safe. I travel solo with my dog to do outdoor stuff like Acadia and Katahdin and other mountains nearby. It’s kind of the middle of outdoor stuff. There a mini golf and ice cream shop just at the back of the hotel and near downtown Bangor. It is pet friendly, and it is always great to have a little kitchenette in the room if you don’t want to go out to restaurants. The property is feeding you, the breakfast is really good, very clean, very convenient. The stuff is great. And very helpful.

The hotel was undergoing some renovations but it wasn't noisy at all which was nice, in fact our room was very quiet and spacious enough. The staff they had for check in were not overly friendly but upon checking out the two women were very very friendly and I enjoyed my interactions with both of them. I liked the proximity to the airport and the downtown area. My only concern is that no one had emptied the trash in the bathroom from the previous occupant, so I was more leery of how clean it was overall but it appeared that that was the only issue after checking the room out, however it did clearly bother me a little bit that that wasn't taken care of. Other than that, I would definitely stay again for a future trip!

One of the nicest properties I’ve stayed at across the country. The hotel itself was so clean and organized. Staff was always friendly and welcoming. The parking is pretty easy and not too bad to get in and out. Airport noise is relatively consistent but I’m one that actually enjoys the sounds and sites of the aircraft’s coming and going, especially the military ones. Will be a returning customer here.
